Using IS for Decision Making

Organisation invest in information systems as they aid decision making.

Decision Tables can be used by managers to aid in decision making. It is first divided into two parts: the condition and the actions. Conditions refer to all the conditions that are applied to the data. The actions taken depend on the conditions. The table is constructed with columns, so that each column corresponds to one combination of conditions.IS Decision Tables
