Information Systems useful for Process Excellence?

3 Mar

Check out this interesting video by the process excellence network:

The video highlights how important it is to put the customer first and for an organisation to work as a team not only for the sake of current customers but in gaining new ones and keeping a strong reputation.

Process excellence is improving the way that businesses create and deliver value to customers. Information systems are hugely important in process excellence.

This value is rarely created through single organisation functions. Many enterprise processes require collaboration across functional lines- Cross Functional Business Processes. In my next blog post, I will discuss Cross-Functional Business Processes in more depth, showing some examples of it use within organisations.
