Hey guys :D,

The blogs are finishing up tomorrow and I have decided to sign off today with my final blog 😦 I would like to thank you all for taking the time out to read my blogs, comment and liking them.  You all have been so generous and I really appreciate it 😀

I would like to thank my fellow group members  and  you have been brilliant over the past six weeks, I would encourage everyone to check out their blogs as they would really be beneficial for the exams 😀

I have been thinking for ages what I should write about today and how to finish on a high.  what I have decided to talk about is , well, today I am going to talk about why you should consider being a system analysts 😀

Yes today I am going to tell you why you should think about being a system analyst and how this could be for you!!

Over the past six weeks my blogs have been about what qualifications you would need to be a system analysts, are they important, what are system analysts, who was the first system analyst, etc.  I hope from these blogs you would see that yes system analysts are extremely important and there is going to be an increase demand for system analysts as technology is changing fast and more and more businesses will now need a systems analyst on their team if they want to keep up with the times.  The smallest of ideas can really help businesses to improve their working environment and even make it more efficient.  For example David Caminer (the first system analyst) came up with the payroll system which calculated employees wages in 1.5 seconds instead of taking eight minutes.  You see this may seem small now but it was one way of making businesses more efficient.

I feel that with the subjects that we are presently doing in college, there is at least two or three system analysts in our class.  System analysts must have good communication skills and know how to talk and listen to people, they must be clear in what they are describing and explaining.  In some of our courses we have to make presentations on the project s that we have done for a subject, this gives us an opportunity to explain our ideas and thoughts behind a project and hopefully make people see our point of view.  This is something that you might have forgotten about, but yes there are hidden skills that we are practicing in college which could help us in our future careers.

I have seen many students making presentations, doing projects, helping class mates out andIi feel that there potentially system analysts in our class.

If you have good communication skills, you enjoy technology and finding out more about technology, if you like helping people with problems and if you enjoy problem solving then YES YOU SHOULD BE A SYSTEM ANALYST! 😀

What I would like to achieve with these blogs is to hopefully show you more about being a system analysts and that they are important people and hopefully encourage someone in becoming a system analyst .:D

Thank you all so much for everything and I hope you have enjoyed my blogs and my group members blog 😀

Here is a YouTube video of a system analyst 😀

Best of luck to everyone and thanks for reading 😀

And just because its my last blog, I hope you will enjoy the following:

Hope you liked them 😀

Your blogs keep getting better and better and it’s certain you have ended on a high notes, kept the best for last. I’m sure anyone that has read and followed all your blogs like I have will seriously consider systems analysis as a career. You have been a creative and imaginative blogger sharing everything from cartoons to videos. In today’s world we’re inundated with stats, facts & figures, you ploughed down into this and gave us information that is easy to understand, well demonstrated and informative. Good job and thanks 🙂
